Team Function:

Our team is responsible for driving qualified traffic to our digital properties via Google Marketing Platforms, with Paid Search being the primary function. We manage Google and Bing Ads to improve visibility, clicks, and conversions. Our focus is on keyword strategy, ad copy, bidding, A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analysis to maximize our acquisitions costs and support overall business goals.

Job Summary

Participates as a team member to develop marketing projects, new product designs and sales promotion programs to assist the field in achieving Farmers' growth, retention and product density objectives. Responsible for developing action plans and deadlines, assigning tasks to other individuals, tracking project status, testing, and evaluating quality assurance of products and promotions. Directs and works on complex projects and develops results-oriented solutions for various distribution channels. Displays a leadership role on and off projects. Trains and leads new team members. Utilizes expertise and skills to complete project assignments in several areas, i.e., Commissions, Agency Training, Agency Contracts, Value-Added, Field Marketing Management, etc.

Role Description:

  • This role requires a seasoned Search Marketer to collaborate on strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact paid search campaigns;
  • This will go beyond basic, day to day campaign management by identifying growth opportunities, overseeing and scaling up large budgets, and aligning campaigns with broader marketing and business goals;
  • Responsibilities include advanced keyword and audience strategies, comprehensive understanding of current Google AI capabilities and familiarity with new technologies such as AI Max for Search, performance forecasting, and cross channel collaboration;
  • They play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving acquisition costs, and informing senior leadership on decisions derived from data insights.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervises assigned personnel;
  • Acts as a project lead on one or more moderately complex to complex projects, or leads one or more of a particular aspect of complex projects;
  • Is the primary contact of all project-related concerns;
  • Develops project/program/product design and scope; determines project milestones and completion dates.
  • Develops project plans, schedules and measures project success;
  • Calculates project costs, develops budget and determines Return on Investment (ROI);
  • Prepares CAP request and may represent Project Team at CAP committee;
  • Assigns, or works with other business units to achieve project objectives;
  • Ensures all project summaries, progress reports and all out of scope changes are written and reported within the project schedule;
  • Manages detailed tasks, project deliverables and schedules throughout the project development;
  • Identifies project risks and priority issues. Delegates and/or assigns responsibilities in order to meet project milestones and deadlines;
  • Participates as a team member on multiple projects;
  • Leads internal and external team meetings as required;
  • Participates in the development of Marketing Consultant I staff members;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
