Team Function:
Our team is responsible for driving qualified traffic to our digital properties via Google Marketing Platforms, with Paid Search being the primary function. We manage Google and Bing Ads to improve visibility, clicks, and conversions. Our focus is on keyword strategy, ad copy, bidding, A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analysis to maximize our acquisitions costs and support overall business goals.
Job Summary
Participates as a team member to develop marketing projects, new product designs and sales promotion programs to assist the field in achieving Farmers' growth, retention and product density objectives. Responsible for developing action plans and deadlines, assigning tasks to other individuals, tracking project status, testing, and evaluating quality assurance of products and promotions. Directs and works on complex projects and develops results-oriented solutions for various distribution channels. Displays a leadership role on and off projects. Trains and leads new team members. Utilizes expertise and skills to complete project assignments in several areas, i.e., Commissions, Agency Training, Agency Contracts, Value-Added, Field Marketing Management, etc.
