Skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (lookups, sum-ifs, formulas).
- Familiarity with GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with multi-currency payments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable process.
- Review invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Process invoices timely into the General Ledger with correct coding.
- Coordinate approvals and allocations with internal stakeholders.
- Communicate with vendors regarding discrepancies professionally.
- Maintain internal controls over financial reporting and payment processing.
- Assist month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations.
- Process employee reimbursement requests per company policy.
Education
- Degree in accounting or finance required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
