Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, tax compliance, and cash management for the company and investment entities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports compliant with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, expenses, and revenue recognition
- Manage audit processes and relationships with fund administrators and external auditors
- Refine and enforce internal controls policies to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial planning and operational improvements
- Prepare and deliver financial reports for investors, tracking capital calls, distributions, and performance
- Guide and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth
Education
- CPA or CMA certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
