Responsibilities
- Assist in managing compliance with NERC, FERC, state, and ISO/RTO electric regulatory requirements, focusing on NERC 693 and EIA submissions.
- Participate in managing NERC compliance matters for Clearway’s NERC-registered entities and assets.
- Prepare NERC and EIA submittals, audits, self-certifications, spot checks, data submissions, and self-reports timely and accurately.
- Develop and maintain compliance procedures and internal controls to support adherence to NERC requirements.
- Maintain documentation and evidence to demonstrate regulatory compliance.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess impacts on the company’s assets and compliance program.
- Engage in NERC, RE forums, and other regulatory outreach activities.
- Coordinate compliance training for internal contributors on federal and state regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and track corrective actions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
