Job Description:
• The Training and Safety Compliance Supervisor ensures employees are knowledgeable and compliant with relevant regulations and company policies through effective training programs.
· They develop, implement, and manage training initiatives, track progress, and assess effectiveness, while also staying updated on changing regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment by implementing and overseeing safety programs, conducting inspections, and providing training.
Requirements
· This role involves developing training materials, delivering training, and ensuring that employees understand and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
· Strong understanding of applicable OSHA requirements and other related safety policies and best practices.
· Strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to monitor and maintain records.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role in training operations.
