Qualifications: 3+ years of sales experience in edtech, knowledge of funding sources and district decision-making, and ability to work independently.
Location: Remote position available to candidates in CT, MA, NJ, NY, PA, and VA with travel required 10-15 days per month.
Compensation: $90000 - $110000 / Annually

As an Account Executive at CFC, you will manage an assigned territory in New Jersey and Pennsylvania to advance district priorities and initiatives related to human skills/social-emotional learning (SEL). Success in this role requires strong consultative sales skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach to building new business. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in selling digitally delivered instructional products and services, along with a solid understanding of the K–12 education landscape. You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and supporting your districts in meeting quarterly and annual revenue goals.

The annual base pay hiring range for this position is $90,000-110,000 annually, with a target incentive of 25% of base for meeting established sales goals, with an increasing incentive for exceeding goals up to 100% of base pay. Actual base pay takes into account job-related knowledge, skills and experience required for the role, and internal equity.
