HR & Recruitment Specialist

Following consistent annual growth of 70–80% and with even more ambitious plans ahead, we are expanding our recruitment team and looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive our continued success.

Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for roles from Junior to Senior level.
- Develop candidate profiles and hiring strategies tailored to each role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Create interview questions, evaluation forms, and test assignments.
- Use various sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines.
- Apply diverse assessment methods to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in the ATS.
- Support onboarding of selected candidates.
- Participate in other HR projects as needed.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze hiring data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Experience working with a wide range of positions, including sales and executive roles
- Fluent English (B2-C1)
- Organized, results-oriented, works with urgency
- Relevant work experience of active recruitment for at least 4 years, 2 of each in global recruitment
- Relevant full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience in international companies or agencies is a plus
