- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Draft and issue employee lifecycle documents including offer letters, promotion letters, and offboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee data and records across HR systems and support system audits and transitions.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and manage recruitment inbox and background check processes.
- Prepare onboarding checklists, schedule sessions, and manage onboarding logistics.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Maintain compliance and records for contingent labor and PEO platforms such as Deel.
- Serve as point of contact for vendors and manage contracts, renewals, and tool usage.
- Provide general administrative support to the People team and identify process improvements.
Education
- No specific degree required; related administrative or HR experience emphasized.
