Sr. Manager, Strategic Marketing & Partnerships

Description

We’re looking for a strategic and highly collaborative Senior Manager of Brand, Partnerships & Campaigns to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that drive awareness, grow brand equity and support sales across B2B channels. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of brand collaborations, co-branded partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns, while also owning cross-functional teams - including Sales, Creative, Product and eCommerce - to bring bold ideas to life across every consumer and partner touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Marketing and Partnerships

  • Identify and negotiate strategic brand aligned opportunities that are category aligned to tap into new audiences and create buzzworthy moments.
  • Lead development and execution of brand-to-brand collaborations, licensing and co-marketing initiatives executed through social media platforms.
  • Manage partner relationships from pitch to post launch performance analysis.
  • Work cross functionally with product, creative, social media and digital teams to bring collabs to life across channels.
  • Lead the planning of integrated promotional campaigns that include concept development, messaging and performance tracking that align with product launches, seasonal moments and key selling windows.
  • Serve as the strategic lead across departments to ensure campaigns and partnerships align with brand goals and business performance.
  • Maintain and manage key marketing calendars, partnership pipelines and promotional timelines.



B2B Marketing

Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting retailers, distributors and foodservice partners.

Support go-to-market plans for new launches in retail and wholesale channels.

Plan and execute joint marketing efforts with retail partners to support in-store velocity, awareness and merchandising efforts.

Create compelling sales tools, presentations and campaigns to support business development.

Build scalable assets for use in retail meetings, trade publications and distributor communications.

Collaborate closely with Sales to align marketing with account needs and retail cycles.



Skills & Qualifications


  • Strategic and analytical skills, including partnership negotiation and data-driven decision making
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to create compelling presentations
  • B2B knowledge

  • Project management tools (Monday.com)
  • CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Google Analytics or other performance tracking tools
  • Slack
  • Google Workspace
