Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable Revenue Operations (RevOps) strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead GTM strategy including territory planning, pipeline management, capacity planning, and forecasting.
- Own and optimize GTM systems including Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Clay, and LeanData.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive data-driven decision making and simplify complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Build and mentor the Revenue Operations team, including a RevOps Analyst.
- Identify and address foundational gaps in systems, processes, and reporting.
- Manage revenue planning and lead revenue forecasting processes.
- Uncover opportunities for cost savings and streamline technology stack.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
