As an Account Director on Degreed’s Customer Success team, you will take ownership of gross and net retention by driving renewal and upsell motions while ensuring our clients achieve tangible, quantifiable value from the Degreed solution. As the main point of contact with a portfolio of Degreed’s enterprise customers, you’ll proactively manage value realization, guiding clients to unlock the full potential of the Degreed platform. By fostering executive relationships and navigating complex change management in enterprise environments, you will enable customers to achieve their business objectives. Your knowledge of HRTech, Learning & Development, and talent management domains will allow you to act as a trusted advisor, helping clients align Degreed’s capabilities with their strategic goals.
