OVERVIEW:

As part of the Supply Chain team supporting our growing eCommerce business, this position on the Parcel and eCommerce Logistics team will primarily focus on freight auditing and claims with the ability to support LTL Home Delivery operations to our athletes, especially during peak outdoor and holiday seasons. In addition, this position will maintain and update product data including SKUs, descriptions, dimensions, and weights to ensure accuracy and profitability and will provide reporting and update the database as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Auditing LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight invoices to ensure billing accuracy, cost control and compliance with carrier agreements. Additionally, this position is responsible for filing and resolving claims related to both parcel and LTL home delivery shipments and maintaining accurate reporting of the results. Work outside of normal business hours may be required during hot market events.

• Audit LTL freight invoices for accuracy, ensuring alignment with negotiated rates and service agreements

• Validate charges for athlete shipments including e-commerce fulfillment and returns

• Identify billing discrepancies and initiate and resolve disputes with carriers or internal stakeholders

• Assist in preparing freight spend reports and identifying cost-saving opportunities

Supporting logistics operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This position will have direct communications with the carrier as well as internal customer service teams to help resolve any issues in transit to provide the best athlete (customer) experience. Assist in tracking licensed special deliveries/hot market shipments for NFL, NCAA, NHL, NBA & MLB during the playoff seasons.  Hot market requires extreme attention to detail and the ability to flex when there are changes to the buying plan

• Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shipping and delivery performance

Maintaining accurate product data and shipping method information across our internal shipping eligibility system (SEA) with a focus on continuous improvement and profitability.

• Maintain and update product data including SKUs, descriptions, dimensions, and weights

• Ensure shipping method information is accurate and aligned with carrier capabilities and athlete expectations

• Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising teams to validate data accuracy

• Support/create audits of product and shipping data to identify and correct discrepancies

• Refine shipping processes through the strategic assessment of lead times based on multiple data inputs.

• Document data maintenance procedures and contribute to process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree focus in Business, Finance, Logistics or Supply Chain

•  1 – 3 years' knowledge of the transportation industry

• Knowledge of the transportation industry, with a focus in retail, eCommerce, freight audit, freight claims (parcel and/or LTL)
