Key Responsibilities:

- Supplier and Carrier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and service providers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of goods.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with teams to forecast demand and mitigate stock shortages or excess.
- Cost Management: Analyze transportation and logistics costs, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to the budget.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all logistics activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Data Analysis: Utilize logistics data and analytics tools to assess performance and implement process improvements.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with sales, operations, and customer service to align logistics processes with organizational goals.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain management, and transportation regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with logistics software and tools, including inventory management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with budget management and cost control practices.

- Certifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP).
