Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT
- Align system priorities with business goals through structured collaboration and intake processes
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate user needs into actionable documentation
- Own product lifecycle for enterprise applications including roadmap definition and delivery tracking
- Configure low-code/no-code solutions to enhance system capabilities and reduce custom development
- Manage relationships and coordination with external vendors and system integrators
Education
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product management or enterprise systems
