Responsibilities
- Support business development by engaging in RFQ, RFP, and interview processes
- Negotiate scope of services, fees, and prepare agreements with clients and consultants
- Accurately maintain client and project information in management systems
- Develop and adjust comprehensive project plans including schedules and staffing
- Lead and coordinate project teams, vendors, and consultants to meet project goals
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards compliance
- Communicate project status, identify adjustments, and propose solutions for changes
- Provide leadership, feedback, and assist in recruiting project team members
- Establish clear communication with clients to ensure timely project progress
- Collaborate with design leaders to maintain quality and integrate expertise
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design
