Salary: Starting at $20.00/hour 

Position Type: Part-time, non-exempt, 24 hours/week

Shifts available: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | flexible times (6-hour days)

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-orientated, and proactive Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding follow up. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth, positive, and professional candidate experience. This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility for independent, focused work. However, to support collaboration and engagement, the role requires on-site presence one day per month for our in-person recruiting meetings, as well as in-person onboarding and training during your initial weeks of employment.

 

What you will do:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including applicant screening, phone interviews, reference checks, license verification, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
  • Maintain timely and effective communication with hiring managers and the HR team regarding applicant status and open roles.
  • Source candidates across multiple platforms and maintain active outreach through cold recruiting channels.
  • Track all applicant activity, interviews, communications, and outcomes with accurate and organized documentation.
  • Ability to use multiple forms of communication with applicants including phone, email, and text to coordinate interviews and provide timely follow-up.
  • Attend monthly in-person recruitment meetings.
  • Assist with exit interviews and general HR administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Director, Executive Director/Administrator, or HR Generalist

 

What you will bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree in related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with urgency.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a remote/hybrid capacity 
  • Technologically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
