Description
The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role on the sales team by managing inbound sales calls. This position is responsible for building strong customer relationships and understanding client needs. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for closing sales. Working closely with the sales team, the Inside Sales Rep ensures seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls from dealers, service shops, and retail customers
· Work directly with retail customers, identify solutions, schedule appointments, close the sale
· Cold call targeted new leads, prospect new customers
· Verify and enter orders
· Assist Account Managers with admin duties when they are out of office
· Work with engineering on custom projects
