Responsibilities

- Collaborate on business cases and deal structuring with scientific and commercial teams.
- Manage due diligence processes with internal experts.
- Prepare pitch decks, term sheets, and supporting materials for business development discussions.
- Partner with executive leadership to refine partnership strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent company at industry conferences and investor meetings.
Education
- Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field (MBA, PhD, or equivalent preferred).
