- Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Lead major compliance projects including ICT implementation reviews, regulatory integration, and remediation initiatives
- Manage project timelines, resources, scope, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
- Own compliance responsibilities across specific geographic and regulatory domains
- Lead compliance oversight of technology changes and ICT implementations
- Oversee regulatory reporting, filings, examinations, and inquiries
- Serve as compliance point of contact and present updates to stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Computer Science or related field required
- Master's or JD degree preferred
- Relevant professional certifications such as Series 7, 24, 57 or international equivalents required
