Responsibilities
- Provide actionable, expert legal advice as an in-house generalist
- Research and advise on federal and state regulations related to telehealth, insurance, and employment
- Manage outside counsel through all phases of litigation and pre-litigation
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect company interests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal challenges and support strategic objectives
Education
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
