Responsibilities
- Lead and scale key components of the Corporate Compliance program including governance, oversight, and education across multiple compliance pillars.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, People, and CX teams to align compliance initiatives with business objectives.
- Design and operationalize AI-forward compliance practices to support responsible innovation.
- Drive implementation of company-wide compliance practices supporting regulatory readiness.
- Stay current on evolving regulatory trends and translate them into enterprise policies, controls, and guidance.
- Contribute to compliance and risk initiatives including program assessments, audits, exams, and strategic projects.
- Coordinate policy governance by supporting policy owners in drafting, review, and maintaining a centralized policy framework.
- Develop trainings and guidance to promote policy adoption and awareness internally.
- Design and execute risk-based compliance oversight activities to evaluate program effectiveness and surface improvement opportunities.
- Lead remediation and issue management efforts across compliance domains ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop documentation and reporting tools to communicate compliance performance to leadership.
- Support Enterprise Risk Management by contributing compliance perspectives to risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant to compliance, risk, law, or related fields.
