Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of business drivers impacting P&L
- Support and improve budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Create sophisticated financial models including scenario analysis
- Produce financial reporting packages for executives and board
- Build dashboards tracking budgets, KPIs, and provide insights
- Optimize financial systems like Sage Intacct and Power BI
- Collaborate with operations to link financial outcomes to activities
- Partner with Accounting for financial close review
- Identify and implement FP&A process improvements
- Support ad-hoc finance initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
