Responsibilities

- Review team reports ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
- Provide feedback and conduct training to promote standardized procedures.
- Maintain quality control over critical data elements from fintech partners.
- Communicate complex business and product information clearly to stakeholders.
- Evaluate data quality and perform rigorous validation mappings.
- Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to resolve quality issues.
- Develop and enhance data management and quality control processes.
- Stay current on fair lending regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
