Account Executive – NA & LATAM

FastSpring is a leading eCommerce platform enabling SaaS, gaming, and digital product companies worldwide. We seek an Account Executive to drive growth by managing the full sales cycle and generating new business opportunities across North America and LATAM.

Skills

  • Ability to source majority of own pipeline and close net new customers
  • Expertise in executing full sales cycle from discovery to close
  • 2+ years quota-carrying sales experience in fintech or payments
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom, GSuite and common sales tools
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cultural awareness

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business through outbound outreach including cold calling, email, and social selling
  • Develop targeted prospecting strategies for ideal customer profiles across North America and LATAM
  • Qualify prospects by assessing eCommerce/payment operations and fit for FastSpring’s Merchant of Record model
  • Articulate FastSpring’s value proposition and educate prospects on global payments, tax, and risk solutions
  • Deliver solution-oriented presentations and demos with cross-functional teams
  • Manage complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels
  • Maintain a healthy, self-sourced pipeline and manage opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Forecast sales activity and pipeline status accurately on a weekly basis
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales activity targets and quota expectations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Background in marketing or business beneficial
