Title: Vice President, North American Sales

We’re seeking a Vice President of Sales, North America to help build out and lead a high-performing Enterprise sales team. This is a pivotal role with full ownership of our North American Enterprise revenue number. As VP, you will develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business acquisition and expansion within Enterprise accounts. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders in Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to build a repeatable, high-performance sales motion.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re searching for a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in Enterprise SaaS solutions, software development and in depth exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem. You bring a balance of strategic vision, operational discipline, and a love of coaching. You're ready to take a hands-on approach to build pipeline, close deals, and scale a team across multiple segments and verticals.

As VP, you’ll be responsible for a team of Account Executives focussed on Enterprise accounts across the US and Canada. You’ll also partner with our BDRs, SEs, and Account Managers to support full-funnel growth. You’ll be deeply involved in both strategy and execution—and have a seat at the leadership table shaping the future of Flosum’s go-to-market motion.

THE SKILL SET:

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience with 3+ years in a sales leadership role; Enterprise Sales focussed across North American markets
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and scaling teams in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and complex B2B sales cycles
  • Experience implementing sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar
  • Analytical and metrics-driven with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • Inspiring people manager and culture builder who invests in the growth of their team
  • Experience selling to technical buyers such as DevOps leaders, CIOs, and Salesforce architects a strong plus
