Key Responsibilities:
• Make Outbound calls to guests, providing expert assistance and offering additional options to help members plan and book cruise vacations.
• Sell cruises and upsell add-on services/products to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand guests' preferences and deliver personalized recommendations.
• Exceed quality phone standards and consistently meet or surpass monthly performance targets.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge to customers, highlighting how they can derive maximum value from our offerings.
• Ensure outstanding service delivery for all products and services, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Take ownership of metrics and outcomes, embracing accountability for your performance.
Requirements
• Experience as a cruise vacation specialist or cruise consultant is preferred
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology.
• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills to promote & sell our products/services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service or a contact center environment is required
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
• Openness to training and development opportunities.

• Business casual attire is required for this role reflecting a polished appearance.
Compensation:
• $24.00 per hour + commission.
