Are you interested in being a part of a fast growing, agile category management team that brings new smart, connected products to market? The Connected Security team has new openings for a Product Manager based at our Global headquarters in Deerfield, Il.
The Senior Product Manager will be instrumental in leading and executing Product management of one or more product lines within our Connected Products Group, part of the Security Business unit which supports the market leading brands of Master Lock and Yale. The Senior Product Manager creates product roadmaps and defines the strategic vision for their team driven by the overall Security business vision. They have a deep understanding of the target market/industry/user and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy. This role manages dependencies with other team’s functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnership across the different teams. They work closely with the engineering and development teams to ensure business value is maximized by leveraging user feedback. Product Managers will be accountable for specific business OKRs based on Security product line needs.
POSITION LOCATION:
This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with work performed in Deerfield, Illinois (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays).
RESPONSIBLIITIES:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $107,000 - $165,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
