Skills
- 7-10 years product management experience with 2-4 years in AI-native or SaaS GTM leadership
- Experience owning pricing, packaging or monetization strategies
- Strong understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, multilingual models, and agentic systems
- Experience shipping B2B or HR tech products in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for executive briefings and customer demos
Responsibilities
- Lead GTM strategy including positioning, pricing, packaging, and customer lifecycle management for Gia
- Define and validate monetization models across SMB to enterprise segments
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success for product-led growth initiatives
- Launch new features focusing on AI compliance, document generation, and multilingual LLM capabilities
- Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, and AI teams to prioritize trustworthy and scalable AI features
- Define and track product growth metrics and success indicators
- Conduct customer research to align future roadmap with key pain points
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
