Responsibilities
- Log complaints related to life, pre-need, legacy life policies, and annuities into the database and upload supporting documents.
- Extract data to compile routine and ad-hoc reports on complaint handling.
- Draft, print, and mail acknowledgement letters to clients.
- Create and manage SharePoint case folders ensuring proper document storage.
- Distribute complaint responses and close cases in the complaint database.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies to update contact information as necessary.
- Assist analysts with retrieving documents from administrative systems.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree completed within the past 1-2 years.
