Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b and advise on $1b+ transactions.
- Support fund and LLC investment transactions, including spinouts and rollups in investment management and wealth platforms.
- Collaborate with Corporate/M&A partners to deliver commercially-minded, creative, and practical legal solutions.
- Advise on corporate law matters including investment management, finance, crypto, fintech, cybersecurity, data privacy, and tax.
- Contribute to associate development within an ambitious and agile team environment.
Education
- Law degree from an accredited institution.
- Bar admission relevant to practicing corporate law in the USA.
