Catering Manager
Great Western Dining Service, Inc at [Newman University] is seeking and experienced Catering Manager. The Catering Manager is expected to schedule, process, prepare and deliver orders to the client. Provide prompt courteous service that exceeds the customers expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing food items for caterings as needed
- Providing excellent customer service by following up with customers after an order has been complete.
- Work with staff to ensure high quality food and service is provided.
- Set up and break down catering events.
- Promptly follows up on all customer calls and requests in an efficient and expedient manner.
- Works closely with college staff to uncover and pursue additional business.
- Utilizes Outlook Calendar as well as other online resources to maximize organization, game plan and follow up.
- Serve as main point of contact during events
- Complies with all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned
