POSITION OVERVIEW:
Guardian Roofing is growing -fast- and we’re looking for an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to help us build our teams, expand into new markets, and support the staffing needs of both established and brand-new branches across multiple states. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in recruiting the talent that powers our success and ensuring every new team member has a seamless, positive onboarding experience – all while earning an additional bonus per hire!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the full recruitment process for a high volume of positions across multiple states (Washington and Oregon), including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
· Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, representing Guardian’s values and brand with every interaction.
· Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key roles, particularly for high-demand trade and labor positions.

· Partner with leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs for both existing branches and new market expansions, ensuring we’re positioned for growth and operational success.
· Leverage job boards, social media, local events, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
· Use ATS and recruitment metrics to track hiring progress, analyze recruitment trends, and provide regular updates to leadership.
· Be available for occasional travel (2–3 times per month) to support in-person interviews, hiring events, new branch openings, and onboarding initiatives.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
· Prior recruiting experience in the construction, roofing, or skilled trades industries is highly desirable.
· Experience recruiting across multiple states highly preferred.
· Demonstrated success managing a large number of open positions.
· Must be available for occasional travel (2–3 times per month) as business needs require.
· Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
· Must be able to successfully pass preemployment drug test and background check.
LOCATION & SHIFT:
· This is an onsite position reporting to Guardian’s office in Auburn, WA with some travel to Guardian’s out-of-state branches.
· Monday – Friday, occasional weekends as needed

· Highly competitive base salary of $68,000 - $78,000/yr depending on experience with bonus plan per hire! (estimated $20,000 in the first year)
