Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Engineering, Data, Product, and Design leadership on talent planning and org design.
- Lead key people processes including performance calibrations, promotion reviews, compensation and workforce planning.
- Develop and drive talent programs enhancing employee experience, leadership development, and manager effectiveness.
- Use data insights from engagement, attrition, and performance to influence strategic decision-making.
- Foster and reinforce an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with company values.
Education
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
