We are seeking a dynamic Global GTM Strategy Manager to lead and execute the go-to-market strategy for Intel's partnership with HPE. Based in Houston, TX, this commissioned sales position offers the opportunity to drive impactful sales enablement programs, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.
This role is fully remote meaning there is no Intel office in Houston, but candidate needs to be located within 30 miles from Spring, Houston or Santa Clara, California to be considered for the role due to the need to constantly visit the customer at their facilities and meet with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute GTM strategies aligned with shared KPIs and objectives, inspiring high performance across the team.
Design and scale innovative sales enablement programs to capture new business and drive upsell opportunities.
Spearhead the deployment of Intel-focused sales plays and demand-generation programs, ensuring adoption tracking and ROI measurement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales and business teams to align go-to-market initiatives and support joint selling efforts.
Provide strategic advisory support to global and regional sales teams, offering insights into market trends, competitive landscape, portfolio mix, and channel health.
Drive global sales execution aligned with strategic goals, collaborating closely with regional sales teams to ensure success.

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ of experience in the following:
Leadership experience focused on go-to-market (GTM) strategy within the technology sector
Designing and executing sales enablement programs that support new product introductions, with measurable outcomes in market penetration and revenue growth.
Lead teams and strategically plan initiatives that consistently exceed revenue goals, with quantifiable achievements in previous roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or a related field.
MBA or equivalent

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$236,270.00-$333,560.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
