People Business Partner, Site Integrations

They are looking for a People Business Partner to lead HR strategy during joint venture and site acquisition integrations, ensuring smooth transitions and operational excellence.

  • Lead HR onboarding and change management initiatives during integrations
  • Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, and Operations to align integration roadmaps and timelines
  • Develop integration playbooks and documentation for site transitions
  • Identify organizational design, talent, and policy alignment needs
  • Provide coaching and support to new leaders and managers
  • Assess engagement and retention risks post-integration and propose mitigation plans
  • Travel up to 30% for site-related activities

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
