Partnerships Manager, Channel (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Fundraise Up. We are currently looking for a Partnerships Manager, Channel in the United States.

This role is a pivotal opportunity for a driven and strategic partnerships professional to lead the development of reseller programs in emerging markets and SMB sectors. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and supporting channel partners to expand the reach of a fast-growing fundraising platform used by major nonprofit organizations. With a focus on new geographies and integration partnerships, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in building programs from the ground up, values autonomy, and enjoys cross-functional collaboration in a mission-driven tech environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and execute a channel strategy tailored to target geographies and growth market segments.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and support high-potential reseller partners aligned with the company’s expansion goals.
  • Create robust partner enablement frameworks, including training, support, and revenue-sharing models.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for reseller partners, offering strategic and operational guidance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build localized campaigns and materials tailored to regional needs.
  • Work with Product and Legal teams to ensure compliance and feature alignment with local markets.
  • Track performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews to optimize growth and success.
  • Represent the company at external partner meetings and events to promote the reseller program.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel or reseller partnership management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of reseller business models and revenue-sharing structures.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling channel programs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with partner relationship management platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Partner Fleet).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required; experience in nonprofit tech is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • OTE: $117,000–$144,000 (Base Salary: $99,450 - $122,400)
