This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of consumer crypto experiences within a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a key member of a small, ambitious design team, you will work on cutting-edge products including flagship wallets, DeFi platforms, and broader on-chain applications. You will own projects end-to-end, from early concept through to polished execution, helping translate complex Web3 and DeFi technologies into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. This position values creativity, strong collaboration, and the ability to build scalable design systems that evolve with rapid product growth.

Accountabilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for consumer-facing products with a focus on DeFi and wallet applications.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, accessible interfaces that empower users.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and align on solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable interaction patterns, design systems, and workflows that support rapid growth.
• Use data and research insights to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
• Contribute to the development of a strong design culture through mentorship, critique, and raising quality standards.

• 8+ years of product design experience, including roles at venture-backed startups.
• Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech, crypto, or marketplace domains.
• Experience designing across multiple stages of growth, from early startup to scaling maturity.
• Strong visual design skills demonstrated through shipped products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take initiative and lead projects in ambiguous settings.
• Genuine interest or experience in crypto, DeFi, wallets, and decentralized protocols is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining design rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated hunger for learning and self-driven professional growth.
