This role offers a unique opportunity to lead sales efforts driving the adoption of innovative mental health care solutions within health plans nationwide. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging key decision makers, articulating the clinical and financial benefits of solutions, and closing strategic deals that advance behavioral health outcomes. This position requires a results-driven, communicative leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact on population health.
Accountabilities:
· Research and identify prospective health plans and key decision makers to generate and qualify leads.
· Build relationships through networking, cold calling, and strategic marketing campaigns.
· Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to present mental health care solutions tailored to client needs.
· Develop and communicate compelling clinical and financial value propositions, addressing stakeholder concerns.
· Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline reports.
· Collaborate with internal teams including licensing, billing, operations, and legal to ensure smooth contracting and onboarding.
· Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
· Bachelor’s degree required; 5-7 years of experience preferred in healthcare sales, business development, or account management.
· Proven track record of success in sales, ideally with virtual or digital health solutions.
· Strong knowledge of behavioral health concepts and mental health treatment modalities.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled in exceeding sales targets.
· Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot and virtual communication platforms.
· Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate across teams.
