With a recent $16.6 USD million funding round from leading venture capital firms, we are now focused on scaling our impact globally. We are expanding rapidly in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe—and we need exceptional Sales Development Representatives to help build a strong pipeline for our SMB Account Executives.

Therefore we’re hiring into our sales team!

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding sales team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in initiating cold outreach, identifying key prospects, generating leads and scheduling high-value conversations for our Enterprise Account Executives. Your goal will be to create meaningful connections with healthcare practices and hospital groups, facilitating our mission to win across the US market.

What you’ll do

  • Create sales opportunities with cold target accounts, or existing product users

  • Identify, research, and prospect potential customers

  • Book high-quality meetings for AEs, ensuring smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

  • Become a product export to demonstrate + help users reach value.

  • Execute outbound campaigns using a mix of calls, emails, social selling, and product-led signals.

  • Tailor our value proposition and messaging to align with the strategic goals of a prospect

  • Maintain a pipeline of target accounts and leads.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, and the medical industry.

What we look for

  • 0.5 - 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in SaaS.

  • Proven success in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing high-volume outreach.

  • You’ll need to be impeccably sharp, omnitalented and humble.

  • You’ll bear the existential weight of the company as much as the founders & early employees and…

  • You’re looking for uncapped growth. You don't want to be limited by yearly promotion programs and the general lameness of the corporate world. Your ability to win defines the gradient of your growth.

  • You studied Math/Physics/Chem/Eng or another analytical field of study.

  • Obsessed with operations, scalability and efficiency.

  • You’ve got a doer’s mentality - find a problem, own it, fix it.

  • Strong intuition, creativity and common sense to lead complex projects.

Other things to know

  • We’re in-person primarily, based out of our NY office.

  • Experience in healthcare is great, but not required.

Attitude is more important than experience so if you are a hungry, competitive and highly motivated operator who has a knack for problem solving and building relationships we want to hear from you.
