This is a growth-focused opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a high-impact, fast-paced team. You will play a key role in supporting enterprise sales efforts, learning from senior leaders, and driving early-stage client engagement. The role offers hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle, from prospecting to discovery meetings and beyond, while preparing you for future advancement into a senior sales executive position. Ideal for someone with a strategic mindset and strong communication skills, this role includes extensive client interaction and travel, and is backed by a clear professional growth trajectory.

Accountabilities

  • Assist senior sales executives by maintaining CRM data, qualifying inbound leads, and coordinating initial discovery calls.
  • Shadow experienced team members to learn sales strategies, product knowledge, and client engagement techniques.
  • Support marketing campaigns and enterprise outreach efforts by setting meetings and conducting follow-ups.
  • Participate in product training and curriculum-based onboarding to build a comprehensive understanding of mortgage technology solutions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, scheduling appointments and supporting onsite sales activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Contribute to long-term sales success by preparing for future promotion into a territory-based sales executive role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Experience or exposure to the mortgage industry, especially in originations, secondary marketing, operations, or fintech, is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong public speaking and professional presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
  • Strategic sales mindset with ability to support and eventually lead complex deal cycles.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with solid time management and a proactive work ethic.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (can exceed 50% after ramp-up).
  • Base salary range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
