Justworks is a supportive and entrepreneurial HR tech company focused on enabling businesses to manage HR efficiently. They are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager of Customer Success to lead and grow their Customer Success team, driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring and expansion of the Customer Success Management team as company scales
  • Coach and mentor Customer Success Managers on best practices and brand identity
  • Advocate for customer needs and prioritize their voice within cross-functional teams
  • Drive continuous process and quality improvement initiatives with partners
  • Monitor key metrics such as customer satisfaction, churn, retention, and product adoption
  • Identify and manage at-risk customers through team coaching and engagement
  • Ensure CSMs deliver value and promote product solutions through routine interaction
  • Educate CSMs on retention strategies and handle general management duties
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, performance reviews, and reporting
