Responsibilities
- Serve as HR subject matter expert in sales conversations to educate prospective customers on HR support offerings and PEO value
- Analyze prospective customers' industry norms for effective HR tech ecosystems
- Design and deliver training and enablement programs for sales teams on HR support products
- Drive process improvements integrating HR value selling into sales workflows
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to identify upsell opportunities and create HR content
- Gather and report partner feedback to improve HR offerings
- Maintain updated knowledge of HR legal and compliance best practices
- Recommend expansions and improvements to internal HR consulting services
- Generate and deliver HR-related marketing content such as blogs, webinars, and presentations
Education
- Relevant HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) required or to be obtained within 6 months
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
