Paid Social Media Specialist

Later is a leader in social media and influencer marketing software, helping brands scale creator partnerships and manage campaigns. They seek a Paid Social Media Specialist with agency experience to manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, driving measurable results and collaborating cross-functionally.

Skills

  • Experience with paid social media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Pinterest
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker Studio
  • Attention to detail in campaign trafficking and quality assurance
  • Ability to analyze data and create actionable recommendations
  • Strong project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage and optimize paid social influencer and brand campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, and other platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust to meet KPIs
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and provide guidance on messaging, creative assets, and optimization
  • Maintain media tracking infrastructure including UTM parameters, tracking pixels, and conversion events
  • Analyze channel data rigorously and translate into actionable insights
  • Create and present regular performance reports with strategic recommendations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
