Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze financial data including budget, forecast, and actuals reconciliation
- Develop and model business cases for manufacturing and construction projects
- Create profitability models estimating capital payback periods and rates of return
- Lead operating team alignment on financial decisions and present clear reports
- Partner with operating teams to provide financial guidance in decision-making
- Support month-end reporting, business plan development, and benchmarking
- Act as financial lead and strategic advisor for manufacturing leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, supply chain, and corporate FP&A
Education
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting or finance
