- Proficient in enablement tools including WorkRamp LMS, Notion, Salesforce CRM, and Kaia.
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Messager, and Challenger.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver sales and customer success enablement programs.
- Lead training initiatives for new product releases to ensure readiness of GTM teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent product messaging and enablement.
- Design and deploy training on partner ecosystem and co-selling strategies.
- Support onboarding with updated product release and demo training.
- Coordinate with enablement operations to prepare demo-ready product features.
- Implement and improve sales processes, tools, and playbooks to drive pipeline growth.
- Evaluate and enhance enablement programs based on data and feedback.
- Manage enablement content libraries aligned with strategic priorities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance enablement culture.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
