Sales Enablement Specialist (AE)

MaintainX is a leading IoT-enabled cloud platform focused on industrial and frontline operational excellence. They are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to develop and execute enablement strategies that support and upskill Account Executives in SMB and Mid-Market segments, enhancing sales processes, resources, and training.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of sales training methodologies and sales performance drivers.
  • Excellent communication and skills in creating effective training content.
  • Proficient with sales tools and CRM systems including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and related technologies.
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and Challenger.
  • Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain sales enablement resources such as playbooks, training materials, and sales story libraries.
  • Collect and relay feedback from sales teams to refine enablement strategies.
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement and Sales Leadership to identify onboarding and continuous learning needs.
  • Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop competitive intelligence and deliver product launch trainings.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to update and operationalize sales processes and methodologies.
  • Facilitate training sessions and enablement programs to improve sales performance and deal outcomes.
  • Standardize best practices into scalable tools like email templates, scripts, and qualification guides.
  • Develop frameworks helping Account Executives articulate value, conduct discovery, and manage deals effectively.
  • Track and iterate on success metrics for enablement programs such as ramp time and demo-to-close conversion rates.
  • Cultivate a high-performing and collaborative culture in enablement.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product management, communications, or related field preferred.
