Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the performance of managers in charge of cash transactions, branch operations, and digital operations. The AVP of Retail Sales and Service will ensure consistent delivery of exceptional sales and service across all channels while driving operational excellence and efficiency. 


Duties Include:

  • Managing and mentoring managers who oversee cash transactions, branch management, and digital operations; ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Directing and promoting the sales culture for branch operations by building a culture of high-quality service and effective cross-selling opportunities to meet member needs. 
  • Monitoring and optimizing processes in branch operations, cash management, and digital platforms.
  • Setting performance targets for reporting managers, regularly reviewing KPIs, and provides actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement. 
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

The pay for this position starts at $95,266 annually, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered in place of a bachelor's degree.
  • At least 8 years in banking, financial services, or a similar industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong capability of managing teams, inspiring performance, and fostering professional development among managers.
  • Deep understanding of branch operations, cash handling protocols, and digital banking processes.
  • Passion for enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions and outstanding service standards. 
  • This role requires a blend of office-based leadership and hands-on oversight of operational teams. The AVP will be expected to travel periodically to branches to ensure alignment and service consistency.
