Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all compactor service needs, including communicating quotes, updating customers, and documenting complaints.
- Collaborate with Branch Manager to schedule diagnostics, identify repairs, and confirm completed work.
- Manage customer records, service quotes, work orders, parts ordering, technician scheduling, and warranty claims.
- Handle additional administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and monitoring maintenance.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
