Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Client Services team members.
- Provide coaching and professional development to drive team performance.
- Manage resolution of escalated client inquiries and communicate with clients regarding order issues.
- Coordinate internal follow-ups on client feedback and inventory updates.
- Lead weekly meetings with operational supervisors to resolve workflow concerns.
- Manage scheduling of on-site client visits and ensure departmental coordination.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to client satisfaction and team efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
