SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to join the College Recruiting team. The College Recruiting and Student Programs team is a fast-growing function that engages, inspires, and recruits the next generation of leaders into the company. The College Recruiting Talent Acquisition Specialist position will focus on developing best-in-class strategies that result in the recruitment of superior, early career talent. This role will focus primarily on the execution of our college recruiting efforts, ensuring a unified company-wide strategy that supports the needs of our growing business.

The base pay range for this role is $77,500 MIN - $116,300 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
